Thank you for being here.  I'm Ruth - a coach, facilitator and musician who is passionate about sharing my energy and talents to bring more warmth, light and joy into all parts of our lives and who wants everyone else to be able to glow brightly in their own way, too.

"Why all of these things in one site?" I hear you say! Because I am all of these things and each of them feeds the other.  Through sharing and combining them all I also hope to inspire others to give oxygen to some of the other things that make them magificent, too.
