Thank you for being here. I'm Ruth - a coach, facilitator and musician who is passionate about sharing my energy and talents to bring more warmth, light and joy into all parts of our lives and who wants everyone else to be able to glow brightly in their own way, too.
My work is all about personal and professional development and fulfilment and, on this site you can find out more about:

partnering with me to devise and deliver workshops, programmes and events for your team or network on career and personal development; and
tapping into my skills and experience as a presenter, panel chair, speaker and musician.
"Why all of these things in one site?" I hear you say! Because I am all of these things and each of them feeds the other. Through sharing and combining them all I also hope to inspire others to give oxygen to some of the other things that make them magnificent, too.

Coaching On the Go deep dive programme
The best bosses are leaders-who-coach. The first group programme of 2026 is in progress and participants have greater clarity on the skills of a leader-who-coaches that they lean into the most and which they want to try using more in their day-to-day leadership lives. In the final workshop in March we will look at how the culture in their organisation impacts the behaviours they deploy and their impact.
